Peter Ekhaesomhi

Chairman

Peter Ekhaesomhi is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over
33 years of work experience in the Nigerian oil industry. He currently sits on
the Board of Waltersmith Petroman Oil    Limited, Nigeria where he retired
meritoriously in November 2020. He is currently acting in an advisory role to
the same Company where he accomplished a major development of Ibigwe
Oil field and the construction of the first 5000bpd Modular Oil Refinery
amongst others in Imo state.
He has held Senior Executive positions in his career and in some NGOs . He
belongs to the Nigerian Society of Engineers as well as a life member of the
Society of Petroleum Engineers(SPE), where he is an Ex Officio member. He is
happily married with children and grand children.

Dr. Afam Michael Okonkwo

Director

Dr. Afam Michael Okonkwo is a distinguished leader in real estate, with over 15 years in innovative marketing and more than 12 years in property acquisition, sales, and consulting. An alumnus of Imo State University and Lagos Business School, he began his career with PWAN Homes Ltd in 2013, quickly rising to Managing Director by 2017. Today, he is the Managing Director of PWAN Legend, Chairman of Folkland Property Development Company, and Group Deputy Managing Director/Vice President of PWAN Group, contributing significantly to its growth.

Dr. Okonkwo has launched the Legend Experience Centers in Lagos and Asaba, providing premium co-working and training spaces. Recognized internationally, he recently received the “UN Eminent Peace Ambassador Award” and is well-known for his philanthropic impact.

Peju Ibrahim

Director

Peju Ibrahim is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
During the course of her Banking career spanning over two decades she has
garnered diverse expertise in various Banks in the areas of Corporate Banking,
Risk Management, Operations, Company Secretariat and Legal. An alumnus of
the Lagos Business School Senior Management Project, she is passionate
about ensuring that the relevant Corporate Governance Structures and
Principles are established and duly observed in organisations.
She was part of the project team that handled the acquisition of Lion Bank by
Diamond Bank and subsequent integration of Lion Bank into Diamond Bank in
a seamless manner. A skilled facilitator, she has developed competency and
interest in passing on knowledge that has been acquired over the years.

Ugochukwu Isaac- Chidike

Managing Partner

Ugochukwu has vast experience in the provision of Company Secretarial Services and has gained over 21 years of corporate/commercial law experience at firms such as Diamond Capital, UBA Capital & Trust Limited (now
United Capital Trustees Limited), Capital Bank Limited (now Access Bank Plc), Heritage Bank Limited
and Asset & Resource Management Company Limited, in Lagos.
He holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an LLM from The University of Lagos, Akoka

Nkemdirim T. Okoro

Head of Firm

Nkemdirim holds an LLB. from the faculty of Law, Abia State University, Uturu and a BL from the Nigerian Law School Lagos.
She is currently a Senior Associate at Sessile Consulting and Corporate Services, with over 8 years of experience in Company secretarial and corporate Governance practice. She also has vast experience in legal advisory, Board institutions, trust & probate services, relationship management and Regulatory Compliance.

Onyekachukwu Egesie

Senior Associate

Onyeka obtained her LL.B (Hons.) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015.
She is actively involved in corporate/commercial legal practice. Her other areas of interest are International Trade law, Legal Research, and Legal Advisory

Odunayo Abidemi Akin-Adeleye

Associate

Odunayo obtained her LL.B from Ekiti State University (EKSU) and was
called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020.
Her areas of specialization with vast experience include Property law,
Corporate/Commercial law, Family Law, Legal analysis and reporting,
Legal Compliance, Advocacy and Legal Advisory

Hannah T. Anikwue

Associate

 Hannah is a smart and self-motivated lawyer. She holds an LL.B from
the prestigious University of Benin, Edo State and a B.L from the Nigerian
Law School, Kano. She has over two years of experience in property law,
enforcement of human rights, matrimonial proceedings and criminal
litigation.
She is currently an Associate at Sessile Consulting and Corporate
Services. Her areas of interest are legal research, corporate/commercial
practice and legal compliance.
